Lacinda is an invaluable asset to the Richardson Construction team, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. With over 20 years as a Project Manager in energy fields, complemented by 5 years in construction, 10 years in manufacturing, and 5 years in utilities, her diverse background is a testament to her adaptability and depth of knowledge.
Certified as a Project Manager for nearly two decades, Lacinda excels in managing complex projects, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring adherence to stringent deadlines and budgets. Her keen organizational skills and multitasking ability enable her to handle various aspects of the home building process seamlessly. From scheduling and communications to administrative tasks, Lacinda's contributions are pivotal to the success of the Richardson team's projects and the satisfaction of their clients.
